Privacy Notice

Northbridge Automotive GmbH (target legal entity — in formation, not yet registered) and Victoria Strezova as operations contact (see also our Impressum) are committed to protecting your personal data. This notice explains what we collect when you visit northbridge-automotive.com, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Economic ownership of the business is intended to be held at group level (via a holding), not directly by the managing person in the long run; details will be listed in the Impressum as soon as final.

2. What we collect

a) Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we receive the data you enter (name, company, work email, and your request message). We use this data only to respond to your inquiry. The form is processed by our service provider FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to our business email.

b) Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits (IP address, browser type, referrer URL, time of access). This data is required to deliver the site. We do not use it to build personal profiles for marketing.

c) Optional analytics (consent only)

With your consent (via the first-visit cookie banner), we may load Google Analytics (web analytics by Google Ireland Limited) using a first-party analytics cookie to understand how the site is used. If you do not accept analytics, no such cookie is set and the tracking script is not loaded.

3. Legal basis

• Contact form: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in corresponding with business inquiries).
• Server logs: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website securely and troubleshooting).
• Google Analytics (if accepted): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) via the cookie banner.

4. Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up business relationship, then delete them in accordance with statutory retention periods.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please contact us at the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority ([Landesdatenschutzbehörde, e.g. Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit]).

6. Third parties / data transfers

Contact form: FormSubmit (Form Submit Apps LLC, USA). The transfer to the US is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, otherwise standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. See FormSubmit’s privacy information for details.

Google Analytics (optional): if you give consent, Google may process device/browser data. Google acts as a processor. Data may be transferred to the US under the DPF/SCCs as Google describes in its data protection information.

Hosting: the website is intended to be hosted in the EU/EEA (e.g. Strato or a comparable provider). A concrete processor name and location will be listed here in the go-live version.

7. Changes

We may update this notice as the website evolves. The current version is the one published here.
